Instructions for the poster session presented at GWGT 2023

1. Each poster will have assigned a panel of width 100 cm and height 180 cm high, which can hold an A0 in landscape format or an A1 in both landscape and portrait.
2. The panels will be ready for you to place your poster at your convenience since the beginning of the conference, and we will provide clips for hanging posters for you.
3. We advice you to place your poster as soon as you can so that people can look at it.
4. We advise to bring your poster with you printed from home. There are some places where posters can be printed, but all of them are at least 1.5 km from the conference place. (See the maps below)

But please note that we will not be able to help with the process if something goes wrong.
